In order to show my appreciation I have established a referral rewards program called “Care to Share”. Here’s how it works…
When you refer a patient to the office and they become a patient of record you will receive a $50.00 check.
Refer a second patient to the office and they also become a patient of record you will receive a $75.00 check.
Look for our “Care to Share Program” card when you come in next time!
