This year the office will be running a “Big” raffle contest. The grand prize is $500.00 in cash. The drawing will take place in December of this year. This gives everyone one year to earn as many raffle tickets that they can by participating in the following way:
Earn 1 raffle ticket by wearing your “Seymour Smiles” T- shirt to any of your appointments
Earn 5 raffle tickets by referring a “New Patient” to our office
Earn 3 raffle tickets by downloading the "GOOD DENTAL CHECK UP" form from our website. Have your dentist fill it out and bring it in for us to see!
The following months will allow you to pick and choose how you wish to earn additional raffle tickets. Be sure to check the website each month to earn those raffle tickets!

JULY & AUGUST – BRING IN A PICTURE OF YOU ON VACATION WEARING WEARING YOUR SEYMOUR SMILES T-SHIRT – EARN 2 TICKETS
SEPTEMBER – WEAR YOUR FAVORITE SPORTS T-SHIRT AT YOUR CHECK UP - NASCAR, FOOTBALL, HOCKEY, BASEBALL, ETC.. EARN 2 TICKETS
OCTOBER & NOVEMBER – BRING IN A NON- PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM FOR DONATION – EARN 2 TICKETS
DECEMBER – WRITE A SHORT ESSAY ABOUT “WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR ORTHODONTIC OFFICE” - EARN 3 TICKETS
